Reservar.<\/li><li><strong>Limpiar <\/strong>las setas y, si son muy grandes, cortar en trozos.<\/li><li><strong>Pelar <\/strong>la cebolla y cortar en peque\u00f1o.<\/li><li>En una olla, <strong>hervir <\/strong>agua con sal y cocer los tallarines seg\u00fan las indicaciones.<\/li><li><strong>Calentar<\/strong> un poco de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y pochar la cebolla. A\u00f1adir el ajo<br>picado peque\u00f1o y la guindilla (al gusto).<\/li><li><strong>Incorporar <\/strong>las setas y cocer durante 5 minutos a fuego medio.<\/li><li><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> los tallarines y el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico de cebo.
