instructions:

  1. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes (brunoise). Set aside.
  2. Boil the egg in a pot of water for 8 minutes. Cool, peel and dice.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onion.
  5. When it starts to become transparent, add the garlic.
  6. Sauté for a few minutes until golden brown.
  7. Add the cubes of Iberian bait ham, the broad beans and the hard-boiled egg and cook everything together for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve the broad beans hot and sprinkle chopped mint on top.
