INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the slices of ham into medium-sized strips.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Clean the mushrooms
  4. and, if they are very large, cut into pieces.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
  6. In a saucepan, boil the salted water and cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions.
  7. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the garlic
    chopped garlic and chilli (to taste).
  8. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
  9. Add the tagliatelle and the Iberian ham. Mix well and serve.
