INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the slices of ham into medium-sized strips.
- Set aside.
- Clean the mushrooms
- and, if they are very large, cut into pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, boil the salted water and cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the garlic
chopped garlic and chilli (to taste). - Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
- Add the tagliatelle and the Iberian ham. Mix well and serve.
